How do I book a service on Fiixly?

It is very simple. Open the Fiixly app or website, choose the service you need (like car wash, plumbing, or cleaning), select your preferred time slot, and confirm your address. We will automatically match you with the best professional nearby.

Can I get a service immediately, or do I always have to book in advance?

You can do both. If you need urgent help, choose the "Book Now" option, and a service provider will usually arrive at your location within 30 to 45 minutes. Alternatively, you can schedule it for any specific date and time that suits you best.

What happens if the service provider does not arrive on time?

Sometimes local traffic or an ongoing job can cause minor delays of 10–15 minutes. You can call the service provider directly using the number provided in your app. If they are not picking up or are heavily delayed, click the "Help" button in the app, and our support team will assign a new professional to you immediately.

Can I change the timing or cancel my booking after confirming?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your booking for free up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time. You can do this directly through the "My Bookings" section in your app.

Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel at the last minute?

If you cancel within less than 2 hours of the service time or after the professional has already arrived at your doorstep, a small cancellation/visiting fee of ₹50 will be charged. This goes directly to the professional to cover their travel time and fuel expenses.

2. Pricing & Payments

Is the price shown on the app final, or can it change later?

The base service fee or hourly rate shown on the app is completely fixed. However, if your job requires extra spare parts, or if the professional discovers an unexpected issue upon inspection, the final price might change. The provider will always give you an estimate before starting the work, and they will only proceed after your approval.

How and when do I pay for the service?

You only pay after the job is completely finished. You can pay digitally through the app using UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or you can pay the professional directly in cash.

Does the price listed include the cost of spare parts or materials?

No, the prices listed on the app are only for the service charge and labor. The cost of any materials, liquids, or spare parts used during the service will be calculated extra and added to your bill, supported by an official receipt.

Will I get a proper GST invoice for my booking?

Yes, absolutely. As soon as the service provider marks the job as completed, an official digital invoice will be sent to your registered email address and will also be available for download inside the app.

What should I do if a service provider asks for extra money outside the app?

You should never pay any extra amount that is not reflected in your official bill. If a provider demands more money than the agreed estimate or tries to deal offline, please refuse and report it to our customer care immediately. Paying offline cancels your service warranty.

How do I know the professional entering my house is safe and trustworthy?

Your safety is our biggest priority. Every service professional on Fiixly must go through a strict verification process. This includes a mandatory Government ID check (Aadhaar/PAN) and a background verification before they are allowed to take jobs on our platform.

Can I choose a specific service professional based on ratings?

While our system automatically matches you with the nearest highly-rated professional for instant bookings, you can view their detailed profile, rating stars, and past customer reviews before they start the work. For scheduled bookings, you have more flexibility to select preferred pros.

What should I do if something goes wrong or I feel uncomfortable during the service?

Our app includes an active SOS/Safety button for live bookings. If you ever feel uncomfortable or trace any suspicious behavior, tap the safety button to connect instantly with our 24/7 Emergency Response Team and your local authorities.

What happens if a professional accidentally damages my property during the work?

All Fiixly bookings are covered under our basic service protection insurance. If any accidental damage occurs to your property during the service, please report it within 24 hours through the app with photos. We will investigate and arrange for a free repair or appropriate compensation.

4. Service Quality & Warranty

What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the service provided?

We strive for perfection, but if the work is not up to the mark, let us know. You can rate the service low and raise a complaint via the app within 24 hours. Our quality control team will call you back, review the issue, and send a senior professional to fix it without any extra cost.

Do you offer any warranty on the services?

Yes! Fiixly provides a 7 to 30-day Service Warranty depending on the category of service you booked (e.g., appliance repair usually has a 30-day warranty, while basic cleaning has 7 days). If the exact same issue returns within the warranty period, we fix it entirely for free.

Who provides the materials or parts needed for the job?

You have two choices. You can purchase the parts or materials yourself from the market. Alternatively, our professional can buy them for you from an authorized dealer. They will share the original shop bill with you, and the cost will be added directly to your final invoice.

Are the parts used by your professionals genuine?

Yes, our partners are strictly instructed to source original and genuine spare parts from authorized brands. We encourage you to check the brand warranty cards and bills provided by the professional before installation.

5. Account & App Issues

I forgot my login details or cannot access my account. What do I do?

Fiixly uses secure OTP-based logins linked to your mobile number, so there is no password to remember. If you change your phone number or encounter an error, click on "Trouble Logging In" on the screen or contact our support chat.

How do I change my saved home or work location coordinates?

Go to Profile > Saved Addresses. You can add new addresses, update your current location using your phone’s GPS map, or delete old addresses easily.

How can I view my older booking history and details?

Simply tap on the "Bookings" tab at the bottom menu bar of your app. Here, you will find two lists: "Active Bookings" and "Past Bookings" containing all historical logs and bills.

As soon as a job is completed, a rating screen will automatically pop up in your app. You can rate the professional out of 5 stars, select quick tags, and type out your personal review. Your feedback directly impacts their profile and helps other neighbors choose better.
